Global player in media and provider of television/internet/telephone services, needed to improve their ability to resolve their IT and operational issues. To improve overall IT operational efficiency a workflow management system was required which would automate project tasks and also integrate with other systems including Redmine, Jira, SharePoint, Clarity, Spark and Microsoft Exchange.

A real-time view of all in flight projects gives managers visibility of the status of every project. This includes information such as which phase the project has reached, which tasks have been completed and who has completed them. Managers can also preview upcoming project steps and any dependencies, allowing them to intervene as necessary to keep projects on track.
Visibility of Data though 3rd Party Systems Integration
Tickets, emails, files and other data are integrated into one single view, providing a complete picture to the end user. This has allowed issues to be resolved more efficiently while providing the ability to identify trends and develop new products and services.
Risk Management in Projects
Issue logs have been created within each project and include actions to be taken, allowing for easy tracking. Project Managers have the ability to add customisable RAG status push notifications against set parameters, defining the limits, importance, impact and probability of each risk.
The Future
The client is currently defining further business critical processes to automate in Comidior. These processes impact their millions of customers and Comidor, as a trusted partner, has been selected to host and perform these vital processes and related workflows.
