BPM is the Art and Science of Overseeing How Work is Done
Comidor's BPM Engine is at the Heart of the Comidor Platform and is Responsible for:
- identifying business process models - initiating the models - linking and connecting business objects - manipulating business information and data - understanding and analysing complex business rules - selecting process flows - producing desired process outputs - controlling and monitoring the BPM lifecycle |
Process Modelling
At the heart of the Comidor platform is Comidor's BPM engine which can execute processes based on multiple modelling notations: - BPMN 2.0 standard (Business Process Modelling Notation) - CMMN notation (Case Management Modelling Notation) - Gantt Chart (Project Management scheduling graph) BPMN is better suited to structured and defined processes where the workflow is predictable. These processes are ideal candidates for automation. CMMN notation is suited more for dynamic processes with the workflow is not as predictable. Processes that are project based can be controlled by Gantt Chart modeling. |
